A note from our founder:
When I created Flow Lab, I wanted it to be more than just a place to exercise.
I wanted to build a space where people could learn about movement, feel supported, and genuinely enjoy showing up. A place where classes are thoughtfully planned, teaching matters, and everyone feels welcome, regardless of their experience level.
There's no pressure to be perfect here. All I ask is that you come with an open mind, a willingness to learn, and a sense of humour. My team and I are here to guide you, challenge you, cheer you on, and help you move with confidence.
